Alan commenced his career in Construction working with Kell & Rigby Pty Ltd as a building cadet obtaining his diploma in science (building) and rising to the position of Project Manager.

Alan started in Commercial Real Estate in 1989 with Metro Commercial working as a property manager and maintenance coordinator. Due to a partnership split in the business, he progressed to Strata Manager with Somerville First National Woollahra.

Alan managed a large portfolio of 85 Strata Plans ranging from buildings containing 4 lots to larger buildings of 200 lots.

Philip Wilson
JP. Licensed Strata Manager, Real Estate Agent, Business Agent and Stock & Station Agent

Philip commenced his career in one of Australia 's leading Pastoral Houses rising through all facets of the industry to become a Senior Branch Manager/Auctioneer.

Due to the merging of many of the Pastoral Houses he decided to take up a position as Licensee-in-Charge of an active Real Estate Agency in rural NSW where he also became a representative of the AMP Society and was able to study and qualify as a financial and insurance advisor.

In 1995 he was contracted to set up a Real Estate arm of a financial advisory company in Sydney . On completion of the contract he was retained as an advisor on a part time basis and worked as Senior Property Manager for a branch of Ray White Real Estate for the balance of the time.

In 1995 he joined D M Scott Pty. Ltd as an assistant Strata Manager and after two years was granted a Strata Managers License and has now all licenses relevant to the Real Estate and Property Industry. Until commencing the partnership Philip managed one hundred and sixteen plans varying from 2 to 100 lots.
